There are still plenty of rooms outside our hotel blocks — some for as low as around $100 a night. We urge you to book your room outside of our hotel block as soon as possible to ensure that you can stay at a hotel or bed & breakfast of your choice.

In the University neighborhood, located minutes from downtown, you can find available rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn El Paso/University! For lower rates, book your stay near the El Paso Airport. Located just a 20-minute ride from downtown, Best Western El Paso Airport and Wyndham El Paso Airport boast cheaper rates.

Examples of sites to book a hotel outside the hotel block are through Google, Hotels.com, Airbnb, & VRBO.

We highly recommend state delegates and guests to arrive by the afternoon/evening of Thursday, June 7th since caucus business begins early Friday morning (See Schedule Here) — SDEC Members are recommended to arrive earlier since their meeting is at 2 PM MT.

Delegates and guests can plan to depart Saturday afternoon/evening, June 8 or Sunday morning, June 9.
