If you are booking a room outside of our hotel block, We urge you to book to do so as soon as possible to ensure that you can stay at a hotel or bed & breakfast of your choice. Examples of sites to book a hotel outside the hotel block are through Google, Hotels.com, Airbnb, & VRBO.

We highly recommend state delegates and guests to arrive by the afternoon/evening of Thursday, June 25th since caucus business begins early Friday morning — SDEC Members are recommended to arrive earlier.
Delegates and guests can plan to depart Saturday evening, June 27th or Sunday morning, June 28th.
