Photography & Media Policy

To ensure a safe, organized, and respectful environment for all attendees, the following guidelines apply to photography and media activity during the Convention:

General Photography (Delegates & Attendees)
Attendees, including delegates and guests, are welcome to take photographs and short videos for personal, non-commercial use using mobile phones and standard handheld cameras in general convention areas.

Professional Equipment
Only credentialed media members may use professional photography or recording equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, or lighting equipment.

Restricted Areas
Access to designated media and restricted areas, including the spin room, green room or  backstage areas, is limited to approved and credentialed media personnel only.

Media Credentialing
All individuals intending to cover the Convention in a professional or commercial capacity must apply for and receive official media credentials through the Convention’s Communications team. Approval is not guaranteed.

Conduct & Compliance
The Convention reserves the right to restrict or revoke access for any individual who does not adhere to these guidelines.
